What is latest on Ebay sales tax?

I figure this will kill the PM business on Ebay if it happens. If I bid on something I would subtract sales tax from my max bid, basically leaving the seller to have to pay it if I was high bidder. When bidding on sterling I already subtract 7.5% because it's only 92.5% silver and shipping cost from the spot price. Add in another 8.25% and it would kill the deal.

You might want to research a little more. In Ontario, Canada if your gross sales exceed 30k you have to file for a HST number and everything you sell is taxed. Different provinces have different percentages and i'm sure the U.S. has something similar.
