What max. temperature this type furnace?

I bought an eletric furnace. I want to know what max temperature ( in C) it goes.

Inlay furnace number 2 from (old?) Kerr dental MFG. Co Detroit USA

volt 110 v max AMPS 5.5 A

well my guess would be wrong.

try calculating
volts X Amps = watts

watts x 3.413 = BTU

one BTU will increase 55 Cu Ft by one degree fahrenheit

alot can depend on the element also
and you may have a temperature controll or cutoff that will limit the elements output,

sorry I do not know the answer maybe another member does.

I will guess 1200 degrees, now lets see how wrong my guess is?

As Butcher alluded, the type of wire and gauge affect the heating of the element.
