what type of CPU is this?

I pulled out this CPU from an old laptop (don't have brand/model). It's 1 5/16" x 1 5/16" and weighs 0.750 oz. I've never seen this type of CPU before. How valuable is it as gold scrap compared to more typical ceramic or fibre CPUs? Considering I only have one of those, if I put it on eBay should I sell it together with the former type or the latter or separately?
