Where to sell scrap jewelry gold for most amount?

Bit of a newbie. Would like to sell some scrap gold jewelry I have collected for the most money . All of it is 14k. I have received offers 95% of value after refined from refiners. Is there buyers who will pay 90-95% of pre melted/refined weight? Looking forward to your inputs.

The top of the scrap gold market in my area for the average man off the street is 85%. Many are lower. That is with any coin/bullion dealer. If you have a quantity you can barter with them for more.
