I came across this site a while ago and began to get interested. What a hobby! I began to let everyone know that I wanted their old computers and cell phones, I got cards printed, soon businesses were calling me to pick up stuff! I now sit on about 700 lbs of mother boards, cards, memory strips,cell boards,connectors, boards from satellite dishes, ect...
Now! I got 2 calls for today. One is a prep school that wants a van full of computer equipment gone, the other is a contractor who is renovating a building in Milwaukee for a large telecomunications company and wants all the equipment out today!
I'm shooting for 8=10 thousand pounds so I can use an integrated prosseser. At the rate my collections have been growing it shouldn't take too long.
I just want to thank everyone here for the wealth of info and the education I've received from you! I hope to learn more.
P.S. I got everything for free ( other peoples' trash). I've been trying to get a ball park idea of what the value of a say a ton of such ( trash) LOL! would be if I do everything correctly to protect myself when I take it in???
