0,22 gr only ir one Pentium Pro CPU seems to me quite low. What do you think, maybe it is normal, and quantities of gold of 0,3-0,4 or even 0,5 gr in one CPU are overestimated?

My yields average 0.3 grams per cpu.

Did you get the dies removed from the ceramic housings ?

How accurate is your scale ( +/- 0.1 gram can cause your error)?

Thank you for reply!
Tell me, you put CPU in H2O2, then add a little sulphuric and when add nitric to all this mixture, or put CPU in pure diluted nitric? I tryied to put them in dilute nitric, after approx a day i could easily remove almost all the gold foil and pins, but pins in nitric, as seems to me, do not dissolve, they only fell down. All, that remained, I crushed and put to AR.

Each step is completed before moving to the next.

Nothing is mixed across steps.

All the foils and cpu are added to AR at the end to recover the gold.
