Have a look at the other posts requesting "serious buyers only". It seems to be a scammers line. We have a highly assertive red flag system for that. So forgive me my skepticism.

Is it home refined? Can you give some info on the source and purity of the gold?

Seems odd that you are willing to sell your gold at 11% under market price. A responsible buyer would melt the bars into one bar and pay you on an XRF on the spot. Catch is you will have to take it to a buyer so they can melt and sample it. If you don't like their offer or their XRF result you can take your single bar and walk. This assures 2 things, 1. being your gold is what you say it is, and 2. you will get a better deal than 11% off.

But you are in good luck, Googling gold refiners Lansing Michigan, up comes Northern Refineries in Farmington Hills Michigan.

They will likely pay you 98% for .9999 refined gold.

For you to have toiled to refine this gold it seems pretty fishy that you would be willing to give up 9% for a quick sale.

Call Northern, jump in your car, and when you come back give an unbiased review of the refiner you sell to.

Just my 2¢ from someone who has been around the block.
 
I guess his real location is in western Africa, which are renound for their Gold, Diamonds and scammers.
The red flags here, points in a certain direction which is up to the OP to resolve.
