Without going into a lengthy post, your prices are too high for people who recover PM from scrap, for profit.

You might want to find a forum where the people like to pay too much for bright shiny things, maybe a forum Gollum belongs to?

AHHH I see what the problem is now. Looking at your other auctions you sell mostly collector chip's. There is a wide price difference in the 2 fields and the prices paid for the chip's in each.
