Advice on GOOD QUALITY PH meter/PPM/CL ?

I have been looking at various web sites/stores/ads, about different PH METERS, A little knowing advise would be appreciated. I Don't want too spent more than necessary too get a quality tester that will last. I have noticed that there are ones that test for chlorine and ppm( parts per million )and a few others as well..Dry Storage or WET STORAGE IN A PH 4.0 SOLUTION. HELP PLEASE

I located it on EBAY HANNA INSTRUMENTS model HI 9025,, A high quality ( micrcomputer ph meter), If it had not been on a* buy it now * for a redicoulasly low** $19.99 w/$6.00 shipping **I would have felt like I stole it.... I have researched this model, it sells new for around $400.00.. I have too get a battery cover and a temp probe. It powers up and gives a reading,, Downloaded the MANUAL from HANNA web site,, ready to use soon..Thanks for the help MARK... :wink: oh the seller had listed the item as model # HI 9024 that is a older model , I think this one is improved. or next level..
