Can anyone tell me if there is any precious metal in AMC PWM amplifiers? In my job as a source inspector, some of my clients have scrap which they wish to get rid of, which they allow me to dispose of for them. One such customer has some AMC PWM amplifiers.

Thank you for your help.

Thank you for your help.

Can you supply the model numbers for these servo amps. Do you know if they are for brush-less or brush servo.

I doubt there would be much in precious metals, you could get more $ for parts or repair sold as is. I' thinking that I would like three for a cnc project I'm working on, servos are way better than steppers.

Best Regards
Gill

Gill,

I believe these amplifiers are inoperable due to what they are used, for which I am unable to say. It is also a combination of both.

Thank you for the input though.

Kevin
