Ammonium µ-nitrido-bis[aquatetrachlororuthenate(IV)

Hello guys,

I have been refining Ruthenium and RuCl3 - Ruthenium (III) chloride hydrate from a long time now about 3 years. I know the danger and all the safety precautions. I received an order of more advance product named
"Ammonium µ-nitrido-bis[aquatetrachlororuthenate(IV)" "(NH3)4[{RuCl4(H2O)}2(µ- N)".
I just need to know the ingredients to make that product. Anyone have any idea or way to make that product? I just need a direction and few steps to make the products. I will do R & D once I know the way.

Metal content approx .: 34%
