in transistors from 10 to 25 milligrams.
check the sockets into which they were inserted, there may also be gold plating on the inside.
gold also migrated into the solder.
found in diodes.
There are capacitors with silver and tantalum.
Rich material.

The circuit board have dates of 1966 and 1967 on them.

Did you break down the whole oscilloscope, or just have these few boards? The CRT’s on the Tektronix scopes which are part ceramic and part glass (almost all of those I’ve come across) are coated on the inside with gold.

The entire oscilloscope. What are the “CRT’s”?

The high vacuum cathode ray tube? Yeah I have that. In fact, I’m not quite sure how to handle it. How do I properly break the glass or whatever I need to do, as to prevent it from blowing up like a bomb.

They have a vacuum inside, so they would implode not explode. The concern with a CRT though is that the with larger ones it’s possible for the vacuum to suck the neck of the picture tube through, and project it out the front as well as possibly throwing broken glass. The Tektronix tubes are relatively small though. What I do on those is lay one in the bottom of a plastic or metal garbage can, drop a heavier tool like a pair of Vice Grips onto the clear glass part of the neck from above to break it, then slap the cover on just in case. They hardly even make a noise and have had no problems doing a dozen or more. Then, once the vacuum is lost, you can just pull out the rest of the neck contents, and break off the rest of the glass along the edge of the ceramic.
