The circuit board have dates of 1966 and 1967 on them.

The entire oscilloscope. What are the “CRT’s”?Did you break down the whole oscilloscope, or just have these few boards? The CRT’s on the Tektronix scopes which are part ceramic and part glass (almost all of those I’ve come across) are coated on the inside with gold.
The high vacuum cathode ray tube? Yeah I have that. In fact, I’m not quite sure how to handle it.
