Hello, just a quick note for you wondering about odd places to find gold. There is actually gold plated material in some glucose test strips. I actually got a bunch from a scrapper to see for myself and there is actually gold and palladium on the strips themselves, these are called Accu-Chek Aviva strips. I can get them (scrapped ones) for almost nothing, but again the time to do gold plated scrap for me takes so long. Maybe if I get better since I can get electronic scrap for nothing too, it would be worth it for me to start.
