anyone in orange county,ca know where to buy tin powder

hi everyone
my tin powder deal fell through
In California it is considered a flammable metal and is very regulated
Then if you think about it all metals in powder form are a possible accelerator for Thermobaric deflagration or worse detonation
can anyone point me in the right direction
i prefer to buy it at a place of business not online ,but that doesn't look to promising

Why do you need powdered tin? If for testing, you only need few grams or you can buy tin chloride instead of powdered metal.

You are a plumber. Dissolve some of your 95/5 solder in HCL and filter the solution.

Yeah. the 95/5 tin antimony solder worked great. I had to to filter out the black stuff I assume is the antimony. I them got two grams from Steve's web store.
