Old tophat transistor (RAM?)

Hello fellow scrappers ,
This is from a big industrial pumped lazer.
Looks like some sort of ram.
This one does not have gold plated top hats, other pcb,s have top hat gold plated transistors.

If you take off the top hat its possible there is gold plating inside if there is no gold plating then you may have palladium silver bonding wire.

if it is gilded on the outside
even more so inside...
I drink these and immediately throw them into aqua regia with my hat.
then only the ceramic washer remains at the bottom of the glass...

Anarxi, Yes that is correct.
I cut the top hat of with pliers first, saves on my destillations....
A light green tiny little ring is all that remains.
I got a couple of hundred of these.
Mr Leprechaun, Is it really any meaning process these if there are no gold visible??
