I think there is also some that look exactly like those but are green.
It is not the color that is important, the place where they are located has a polarity and the capacitor itself is not symmetrical from different sides, indicating which pole is which.

These thin little ceramic modules are mounted on some of the older ATT/Lucent boards standing on edge, and sticking up from the board. They often contain a mix of typical yellow or black SMD tantalums, also red tantalums and MLCC’s on them. They usually have a thin coating of gray rubber over them also and the traces on the ceramic are gold plated.

On several of them in the second photo and also in the last 2 photos, you can also see some dark blue colored tantalums which are a bit rare. Like the red ones, the blue ones have a tantalum electrode rod on the + end but it sits inside a hole in the end cap so doesn’t stick out. They have thicker square-shaped terminal caps on the ends. The blue is a very thin coating that (for lack of a better term), seems like it’s painted on? It can be easily scratched off as seen in the photos, exposing the gold. The - end cap is gold plated but the other + cap is not. The blue coating covers everything except the non-plated end cap.
