AR of Bench Scraps

I have approx 4 dwt of platinum in AR, I, SMB solution dropped a litlle gold, stannous test show platinum in solution, can I evap AR down and try to drop platinum ?

To drop platinum "kill" HNO3 with
either urea or sulphamic acid (but
in deficiency) than reduce pH
to 2-3 with step by step addition
of sodium hydroxide, then put
aluminum or zinc thin foil or powder
