I just had a pleasant experience with ARA myself. Took 16 days for the transaction to complete, but 4 of those days were shipping time to them and 4 days of the "check in the mail." Two more days were a weekend, so overall, great turn around time as far as I am concerned.
Thanks to everyone on the forum for all I have learned and thanks to ARA for their honesty and integrity in dealing with my precious metals.
