Are all silver pins silver?

This is a KSU extention board. I wish I had all the ones I helped throw away as a kid.
These bent pins to the right of my bag of gold pins I knocked out of this board are the ones in question. This is a Nitsuko nx7na-208e-A....if that helps....didn't help me.

I think those will be tin and not silver, IMHO.
