Are these worth incinerating

I got a bunch of cpu's that I processed for the goldpins. Are the remaining pinless cpu's interesting for incineration or will that be a waste of time?

There is no need to incinerate them. There is nothing inside. Do collect capacitors from them as they do contain Pd and Ag.
Also cut off metal top plate from them as that is copper and sometimes there is gold plating on inside of it.
