So I come across these often, I was wondering if anyone has processed a large amount of just these? My guess for yield data is around a 0.5-0.75 of a gram per pound.
Any info is greatly appreciated!

I have 4 bins of these same type of gold plated connectors. Some still new in the package stating "24K Gold Plated". I've not attempted my first go at the deplating process but these types of connectors would be a batch I'd run keeping exact notes because I've been just as curious as to yields. I hope to have my first cell up and running this week, depending on my schedule. I'll post results here.

About seven years ago I harvested about 300 pounds of the female sockets for these types of plugs. I don't recall the exact yields, but the yields were dismal.

The plating is very thin.

when my cell is up and running usally run some of these. and the plating comes off very fast which tells me it is very lite.
but every little bit adds up

i consider myself very reluctant to NOT process every piece i come across, but, i wouldnt process any of those unless it was a great amount and free. i tried to save all of the AV jacks but the plating would start flaking off before i could accumulate enough to process.
