I've refined 1000s of pounds of those all gold side braze packages, usually from 14 leads to 40 leads. Those are 18 leads. The more leads, the lower the value per pound. I don't remember how many are in a pound, but I would estimate the gold value of those to be about $375 - $425/pound, or a little more, at a $1130 market. The only silver is in the silver solder holding the legs on. I don't know about the rest of the stuff on the board.
They are fairly simple to refine. Break them up a bit and use near-boiling 50/50 nitric on them until the only thing left is gold, gold braze, ceramic, and the silicon chip. Filter and rinse well or, allow to settle, decant, and rinse a few times by decanting. Some of the fine particles may be gold, so don't lose anything. Dissolve the gold plating and gold brazes in hot aqua regia. You'll know that everything is dissolved when the pieces of silicon chips become unstuck and will slide around freely on the pad. Try not to use an excess of acids. The silver can be recovered by putting copper in the nitric solution. The gold is recovered by treating the aqua regia as usual.
