BeO and GaAs safety

Hi

I have some plated RF components with BeO and GaAs. Which is the best way to recover the gold?

BeO is stubborn (dissolves in conc. H2SO4). However gold and GaAs
should dissolve in aqua regia, for a start.
30 and more recovery procedures
