Is there a way to dissolve borax without dissolving palladium?

I have dissolved a small amount in 1/5 nitric. You can see the palladium but the borax didn’t dissolve all the way.

Borax will dissolve in boiling water or to speed it up dilute Sulfuric.
I'm not sure Nitric will do anything, it is most likely the water in the Nitric.
