A bit of an 'attitude adjustment' manual, if you like. Offered free to anyone that would like to get along better with others.

Due to the variety of configurations on computers, please check with your local helper if you have questions on how to open a .zip file.

Here's how it works on my computer.... (XP and Firefox)

• When asked to "Open" or "Save", I chose 'Save File' and click OK.
  
  in the Downloads window, I see the .zip file. Double-click on it and a new window opens where I can see the files (almost done...)
  
  Clicking on the main program file (BuildConfidence.exe) I get another window that asks to "Extract All" or "Run" - be sure to chose "Extract All" as "Run" will fail!
  
  Clicking through the next few 'auto choice' buttons, it will create a directory on your drive named "BuildConfidence" (you may want to change the location to one you can remember, or write down where it gets saved for future reference).
  
  Once all the windows are done (you can close them all in a bit...), double-click on the "BuildConfidence.exe" file - it should have a blue shield next to it. You can make a shortcut to this file if you like, or just remember where it is and you can get to it anytime.
