what are cigarette foil?

Having been a smoker for too many years I would guess that it is just very thin aluminum foil adhered to paper judging by what comes out of burning small paper trash like that in my wood stove.
Ads like that are geared toward responses from idiots who are simply giving their info to email harvesters who use it for various purposes.....they are not buying anything but they can sell your email addy to all kinds of organizations.
The ones who respond to ads like that are the people that wonder why they get spam.

cigarette foils are shiny paper inside cigarette packs.

I thought that it might be scam, but I needed to check on the best place for it, GRF.
I did not find it out from email, but from people that collect recycling material. I guess they also have emails.
