I think i did something wrong guys.I disolved the gold in the clorox acid mixture then when i tryed to drop the gold all I got was a white cloudy mixture.I used sodium bisulfate,ph down for swimming pools,I filtered the clorox acid mix then washed the filter with water,any idea what happened?

You need sulfite "fite" not sulfate. Most here use sodium metabisulfite.
It is used in wine making.

I had a similar problem. It seems that all the chlorine had not yet evaporated. To remedy the situation you can heat the solution or let it sit in the sun for a few hours.

hey guys, sodium bisulfate in water makes a dilute type of sulfuric acid. You think he is going to drop anything with that?
