AP is probably not the best choice for the green fiber CPU's. Here is a good thread for you:

The older CPU's are typically ceramic and have better yields.
Do some searching here and you will find best practices for
refining most any type of e-scrap out there. Just be sure
that you spend some time reading the safety section!! :shock:
