I have 2 pallets 4 feet high of these assorted computer boards, are they worth more than scrap value. They would all be less than a decade old.

At first glance they appear to be from printers and/or higher end power supplies. Their value would be less than that of motherboards but above that of the brown boards that come from monitors.

See all those wires still connected to the board in your first photo? that will just kill your value to a board buyer. Clean boards bring best cash. No steel, no heatsinks, no excess plastics, no wires still connected.

I am also in upstate NY and I buy and broker this type of scrap.
PM me if you are still interested in selling.
Thank you.

Hi,
We are in northern Idaho. My husband has several pounds of computer pins. We are having a hard time finding anyone interested in them for refining or buying. I would think if they were off the boards already that they would be more profitable. Is this not true? We had a refinery here in Idaho that tried to refine it but says it has too many other alloys in it for them to do it. They are more of a silver refinery. Can you give us any outlook on ever getting this processed or bought? Would appreciate any info. Thanks, Gloria
