Greetings all, I am crushing, and grinding 15 to 135 ppm ore to 149um (100 mesh) Only 12 oz a day, then panning for free gold. Very time consuming, I ordered a blue bowl, but the grains are so small the result is dirty. I have learned and am using different methods of panning and it is still dirty. Next is to roast, regrind and check for AU again, but I am hoping the blue bowl will help. After that I plan to dissolve and precipitate with the AR method, Incremental, sulamic, and smb. I do not think it would be smart to try to leach crushed ore without concentrating, but will you look at my process and share your experience? If I am doing the right thing, and I can increase the OPT I might be able to continue. I do a test by rubbing a small amount of the con on a stone and dropping 22k test acid on it, a little fizzing but the gold line and most of the pulp stays. I can tell by the crunching there is some pyrite still there. So is there a better way to test or do any of this? Thanks guys.
