I read it, didn't find what to do with last filtered salts
Well it is in there, but it might be different in your country.
But essentially hand it in to those dealing with concrete building waste or special waste.
If it is in dry powder it should usually not cost anything.
 
What is the proper way to do with last filter fiber and salts?
In the U.S., there are many organizations that will accept toxic/hazardous materials. Depending on how much you have, and the type of organization (private/government/etc.) they may or may not charge you.

In my area, at least a couple of times a year the government/EPA offer "amnesty days". At those events, they will accept most types of hazardous waste at no charge.

In my country there is none accept such waste, so I think I have no way rather than throw salts in trash.
