Currently have two issues in dispute. !. Sold a thoroughly tested server switch for $800. Two weeks went by, buyer says switch quit working wants refund before he will send the switch back.
2. bought 4 g finger flakes . Twelve days, haven't got them yet.
I can understand the need for any retail marketer to be pro buyer but, Ebay seems to be overwhelmingly loaded in that direction. Just my .02
