Non-Chemical EPROM sorting and method request

Hi everyone, i hope I’m in the right thread.
I’ve a few bucket of mixed ic’s and EPROMs, now, I’ve almost separated (talking about the EPROMs) the gold ones from the silverish ones.
My question is, what would be the best process to recover PM from them? I thought about opening them one by one and then a nitric bath to recover silver/palladium, only after that AR process to recover gold.
I’m sorry for bothering you about that but is the first time I work with ceramic pieces and i haven’t found nothing specific about eprom refining process in the forum, here some photo of my materialmixed materialgold ones

And this is my plastic IC’s bucket…that is not a problem because I’m confident with the incineration/AR process, but, you know, just to show you…mixed plastic IC’s
