I am curious if anyone has done business with Precious Metal Refining Services (PMRS), located in Barrington, IL. They're customer service department and website seem great, but I am still hesitant to refine with them. Any experience info anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated. I searched the site already and only found one thread covering the company and didn't really see too much transparent or useful info. They have 3 complaints against them on the BBB, and I have seen another thread with an employee of the company asking about the Aqua Regia process because "manual removal of stones is too time consuming". This was in 2010, but the company info says they have been in business for 36 years. Seems like a novice question to ask.
