Foreign Jewellery Marks

Hi all,

just wondering if maybe someone here has a good link or reference for foreign jewellery letter marks.

For example , I believe in turkey the letters AP stand for plated , so AP585 is 14k plated item.

I have recently seen an item marked RESAT 585B773, it looks like a turkish design, and I have some turkish gold items that are marked 585 d134, I think the letter and numbers after 585 denote the maker but has anyone ever seen RESAT mark? Its at auction but people are avoiding it . Should I ?

Try a search with the term hallmarks. I recall seeing some good sites listed in quite a few of those posts.
