hi guys i have a gateway monitor and computer it is one piece unit is it scrap or collectable thanks in advance

Probable not a collectible. Gateway have made millions of computers.
Without knowing age, model and no picture it's hard to tell you anything.

You could always try selling it on eBay, in the vintage computers group.

Generally speaking the all in ones were used in school or sold by wal-mart for people looking for an inexpensive computer. In either case they were produced in huge number and would probably not have a collectors value. If its one of the newer ones that is a little larger than an LCD screen I have sold those on CL on occasion and they fly out the door at $50.
