Is there a way to get the gold to come together in the solution to from a ball or something to make recovery easier?

Why would you want it to? There is no advantage to gold clumping up aside from it being an excellent indicator that the gold is of quite high quality.

If you are recovering from waste materials and are experiencing gold of questionable quality, the last thing you'd want it to do is become a common mass. There is no better time to wash recovered gold than when it is finely divided.

If you are attempting to handle the fine powder before it has been washed, your procedure leaves smething to be desired. Once a gold solution has been filtered, the gold in question has no need to see a filter again, not unless you re-dissolve the material for further purification. It makes little difference if the gold clumps up, or not.

If you can be more specific with your question, perhaps informing readers what the problem is, you may receive a great answer. As it stands, I'm not sure if I've addressed your problem, or not.

Ok Thanks, I am a noob, so please bear with me. Any idea on how to recover pgm's for cats? I have it in solution of AR, but it still looks the same after 48 hours.

Yeah, buy Laser Steve's DVD! That's what I did; and, let me tell you, its fantastic...you won't be dissappointed.

Cheers,
John
