gold plated copper blocks.

I have some gold plated copper blocks. Some of them have 2 screw holes in them for mounting to something. They vary in size but mostly fit in your hand. Does anyone know the source of this type of pm scrap?

I can put one up tomorrow. They might be from Laser copiers? When I got them the guy said they were for scientific purposes, but who knows if he knew anything. In any case they pay out very well.

If they are what I think they are than yes, they came from a large laser printer. I have scrapped some that were as big as a small car and they had those gold plated copper blocks in them
