...Have anybody separat gold from a gold-selenium-tellurium powder with aqua regia.

...does selenium and tellurium dissolve in AR ?

if yes - Does selenium and tellurium cause problems at the precipitation of the gold? (with oxalic acid) ?

Yes.

Avoid Se/Te in any mixture. The best way to get rid of it is as its volatile oxide via roasting, otherwise it will interfere in your workup.
