I just try to buy electronic waste.

is a mine near the city. they sell the gold to 30 dollars a gram.

where I live do not charge taxes for exporting gold mine.

as someone with experience advise me a little about the business advantages and disadvantages

What is the purity of this gold for $30 a gram?

What form is it in nugget, dust, or something else?

This may or may not be a bargain depending on the percentage of gold content. I can't see them selling it for less than it's worth.
