We are in the process of recovering precious metals such as gold, silver, and palladium. We need to create granules before proceeding with the Aqua regia leaching process. Can anyone share their views on the granulation process and provide a rough diagram? We are planning to fabricate the equipment ourselves.

Welcome to us.
You basically melt it and pour it through a heated crucible with a hole in it.
And let it run into water.
There are many threads on the forum dealing with this.
Search for shots or cornflaking.

Can you share granules making video link or diagram, so that we can fabricate it and will start the work at the earliest.?

I think you may be over thinking this. You do not say how much material you wish to granulate at a time and that matters, but for simple lots of 100 oz or so just a wooden slab in a stainless steel pot. The one shown is a 10 gallon pot and it can handle 200 ounces of karat scrap. And larger pours just require larger receiver vessels. All it is is a slab of wood angled into the water. Pour manually in a thin stream aiming to hit at the water air interface. This is a really simple concept and fabrication time will be minimal. 32214C1A-1130-4E20-A8D9-CE2692EEB8D6.jpeg
If you want, you can stir the pot to get the water circulating before you pour, some shops do this others do not.
