There is one thing i am sure of: there is a lighter on one of them pictures.

There is nothing to sell but a piece of quartz. With some mineralization in it. Until you have an assay. no-one (smart) buys undefined rocks.
 
crush some of those stone and panned
if You see gold.
that’s the visual prove that You have some value in those rocks.
after that You should have writing test from a lab
that showing values in your rocks.

otherwise is a wasting of time.

or sale it in ebay,perhaps some one will buy it
