Hello, I bought some 32% hcl from a local pool supply store. When I purchased it it was clear and after about 2 months the opened and even unopened jugs have turned green what caused this and is it still good to use? I have searched the forum for days and found no threads on this topic, so I apologize if I am opening a new topic on an old subject. I just started a new batch of pins today in ar using this hcl and all the gold appears to have been dissolved but I was left with a deep green appears black solution. I haven't tried precipitating the gold yet because I just realized I was out of SMb.
