how to get rid from tin before add them in HCL-CL solution
thx

If you used AP to dissolve the base metals the tin will have dissolved in the acid.

Do you have a photo of your material. The photo you attached is from my acid peroxide video.

yes Steve it is from your video but i haven't photo for my foils
but the color of my foils is mixed between yellow and gray
is the tin will dissolve if i add them into AP?

thanks Steve
thanks Admin
thx

The gray color is likely copper I chloride and dissolves easily in HCl.

My AP video demonstrates this washing process. Follow my instructions given in the video that you pulled the photo above from and you will see what I'm talking about.

Your foils just need to be properly cleaned with HCl and several clean water washes. Wash with acid until all the gray is gone, then wash with water until the water dries 100% clear (no color) on a clean white paper.
