hi members,
Happy New Year!! I have been doing a lot of reading on previous/current posts and can only say this is a great forum and I am glad to be here. I am processing my first batch of mixed electronics, cell phone & pc scraps in AP. Its been 5 days now and I have noticed gold foils floating on the green AP solution. I also noticed lots of electronics scraps that did not dissolve in AP. I took them out of the solution & tested them with a GS-24 gold tester, all showed either 9K, 10K, 12K, and 14K. my question is, since my next phase is to put foils through HCL-Chlorox, can I include these karat scrap in the solution?
my other question is, where do I get a copy Hokes book here in Vancouver? I have checked Chapters but not sold there.
