HI, wanted to introduce myself my name is Edward ( Some call me slim ) and I am here to learn. I came from a history of 10+ years in the car business and I have left as of two years ago. I went from that to dealing with buying up gold and sterling at garage sales here in Florida (They never stop and go all year round down here.) I have come to the point were I feel I would not only like to refine my metals but learn as much as I can. I have read all of Hoke's book and am still going over the two gold refining forum handbooks. I find it to be intriguing and sometimes confusing at the same time. I am very much hoping to learn the art of refining most all forms of scrap. Currently stuck on gold fill items ( Thank's lazersteve for the CD.) I have a few basic questions I will post them in the help section. Thank you to all for future answers to questions; One day perhaps I will be able to do the same for others here.
