Hi Guys I'm sort of reading myself around in circles at the moment.
And yes I probably am over thinking this again.
With the sludge from the a sulfuric stripping cell.
Can that go straight into HCl to be combined with other filtered stuff and cleaned up.

Will some of the Sulfuric Acid that is still there (I'm guessing there will be) cause any problems with the AR

No, if the H2SO4 is strong, you may convert some base metal chloride or nitrate salts into sulfuric salts, but other than that, No problem imo.

I usually boil the relatively 'strong' sulfuric wash water after diluting with the slimes, then let it settle and decant the clear blue acid for reuse and store the slimes until there is enough to make refining it with AR worth the time.
I once even dissolved the gold straight in the +/-20% (guesstimated) sulfuric wash by adding HCl and HNO3, no problem.
