Has anyone every delt with these before:

I've done a little research and from what I can gather the "in oil" type contacts sometimes use tungsten and not silver as the contact surface. Some of the best contacts Ive ever refined were from old crane equipment and looked similar, they were approx 82% silver.
What do you think??
