I have access to at least a half ton of bullets of every description (lead slugs, shot and all the other metals that would come out the end of a barrel). These are spent rounds, not new.

Is there any value to this stuff?

Yeah it's worth about 20-25 cents a pound to people that build their own boats. Bullet lead is (I believe) antimonial and can be used for casting a keel for a ship.

I had a similar resource 30 years ago. I'm still casting bullets with that lead. Cast it into ingots , put it aside somewhere, and hopefully you won't have to move anytime soon.

It will only go up in value.

What about all the other metals mixed up with it in the jackets? Not all of it is pure lead. I'm wondering if I can sell it all as is.
